Grama Grasses
Susan Huber
The Grama Grasses was one of those rare times when the grasses blossomed as there was a hard rain in late spring … usually they show up later in the summer … and, I happened upon them one late afternoon as the sun was lower in the sky … they literally shimmered in the warm sunlight.
This is a Platinum/Palladium solution coated onto watercolor paper and contact printed from a 8 x 10 inch negative – from a large format camera handmade for me. I wanted people to feel the gentle undulations of the grasses found in Dinosaur Provincial Park near Brooks, Alberta.
Grama Grasses is an edition of 1/10
