Bill’s Cornet

This is an old cornet that my friend Avril gave her husband, Bill, who used to play in a Salvation Army brass band in Coventry. In his later years, when he suffered from Alzheimer’s, he would wake her up in the early hours of the morning playing the old songs he still remembered.
